How to deal with out of stock products - If the book that you have ordered is not available for delivery, for example: temporarily out of stock or is out of print and so on, ET Press will immediately notify you via email.

由2010年3月1日起，「會員積分計劃」會有新安排——所有會員的積分均會重新計算，而新推行的積分優惠制度如下︰

Reward Points Scheme – From March 1, 2010 onwards, the "Reward Points Scheme" has been subject to new arrangements – all members' reward points have been re-calculated. The new scheme is as follows:
|
|
1. 積分賺取︰購書總額折實後每滿港幣 $100 ，即可賺取100點積分，注意未滿 $100之餘額不作計算。（例子︰折實後購物達 $105，可賺取100點積分；購滿 $200可享200點積分...等，如此類推）。

|
1. Earn reward points:
You can earn 100 reward points for each purchase that is up to HK$100 after discount. Please note that orders under HK$100 will not be taken into account. (For example: If the discounted price for the order is HK$105, you can earn 100 reward points. If the price of your purchasing order is HK$200, you can earn 200 reward points and so forth.)

2. 積分使用︰每10分 = $1現金折扣。使用上限為購物總額的四分之一（以折實後價錢計算）。
例1（新登記會員，已有 100 積分）︰原價 $118 的貨品，85 折後為 $100.3，用 100 積分再獲 $10 扣減，實際付款額 $90.3。
例 2（已登記會員，已儲 300 積分）︰原價 $118 的貨品，85 折後為 $100.3。由於客戶可用已儲存的積分，最多可再扣減折實後書價的四分之一，因此計法是︰
$100.3 / 4 = $25.075 → 最多可扣減 $25 → 用 250 積分兌換= $100.3 - $25 = $75.3

2. Redeem reward points
Every 10 points = $1 cash discount. The cap for redeeming the reward points is one-fourth of the total purchase (computed by the discounted price).
Example 1: (A newly registered member with 100 reward points offered.): If the original price of the product is HK$118 and the discounted price is HK$100.3 after 15 per cent off, the customer can redeem 100 reward points as HK$10 cash discount. Therefore, the actual payment is HK$90.3.
Example 2: (An existing member with 300 reward points.): If the original price of the product is HK$118 and the discounted price is HK$100.3 after 15 per cent off, the customer can redeem its existing reward points with the cap of one-fourth of the total discounted purchase. The method of calculation is:
$100.3 / 4 = $25.075 → The maximum deduction is $25 → Redeeming 250 rewards points = $100.3 - $25 = $75.3

3. 每次購物折實後滿 $100 或以上（以同一張訂單計算），方可使用積分折扣優惠。
註︰
．餘下 50 分在下次交易是不能即時使用，需再累積滿 100 分或以上才可。
．有關上述安排，本社保留最終決定權。

3. The reward points' discount is redeemable once your purchase is up to HK$100 or more after discount (in a single purchasing order).
Note:
The remaining 50 reward points are not immediately redeemable for the next transaction unless you have accumulated 100 reward points or more.
ET Press reserves the right to make the final decision with regard to the abovementioned arrangements.
